International Project Applications

As the Sponsored Research Office (SRO), we provide matchmaking, follow-up and project development services for Koç University researchers to benefit from research and innovation funding schemes outside of Türkiye. During project applications, in coordination with the Technology Transfer Office, we support researchers to design their budgets and prepare other administrative elements of their application in accordance with the sponsor’s requirements.

How can we work together?

• Koç University faculty members and other researchers: You can inform us about your funding needs for your research group, and together we can identify short and medium-term calls. We can analyze the programs you are considering to apply together. Please contact SRO at least a few weeks before the deadline of your proposal.
• We also monitor international opportunities outside the European Commission system regularly and provide information to KU colleges. We can always answer your questions about the types of calls you identify and would like to assess for proposal development.
• External stakeholders: You can contact us about possible collaborations in calls you identified, talk to us about consortium invitations and other business development cases with Koç University research groups.
